At the present time, during the CoVid19 pandemic, I am offering remote or virtual online coaching sessions.

We also consider the distance of your home from our location, if CoVid sanctions and my schedule permits, to get you started a 90 day, in-home training program. Not to mention conducting full body assessments and fitness evaluations to prepare your fitness prescription.
Should you desire this option and we are able to meet your schedule and location, we can provide you with the most effective home workout solutions that will deliver a professional gym-like experience at your own home. Where the weather is suitable, we can go outside or to open fields and parks.
