At this point Personal Training services are open within Ontario while practicing masking and distancing, and over crowding. I provide personal fitness coaching services to increase the potential of the patient’s resiliency and overall strength, mobility, and motor learning. The evidence is clear, with an increased fitness status, less injuries and conditions are likely to not happen.
The evidence is clear that the more fit and conditioned an individual is, the more robust against injury they are.
I have resumed these services on a request basis, only.  Please feel free to peruse this page, and read up about what you think you’d like to accomplish, and we can certainly discuss this over the phone or a Zoom call.

Hey there, welcome to The Body Tech’s Beginner fitness programs.

We understand that you’re new to the fitness landscape, and it’s elements can be intimidating, or a little scary. Not too worry?  Consider this your “safe haven” for all of your fitness needs.

I started training with Jean at the Mademoiselle Women’s Fitness and Spa – Oakville in 2004. Jean is not the ubiquitous trainer or coach, he provided me a tailored program to meet my training needs considering my athletic goals and ability, always re-evaluating, augmenting and challenging me to new gains. Jean is also my Athletic Therapist and has provided care to address acute and chronic injuries. Jean has always provided exceptional care to address the acute injury and enacts a treatment plan that allows me to recover function and strength.
